Andrew Gillespie has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Andrew most recently worked at Zak Designs as the Vice President of Design and Development. Prior to that, they were a self-employed Product Design consultant. Andrew also held the position of Senior Director of Design and Development at Igloo Products Corp., where they implemented Agile methodologies to improve the design discipline and streamline the design and development process.
Earlier in their career, Andrew worked at A.T. Cross Company as the VP of Global Creative Director, leading a diverse international design team and overseeing product design, retail design, creative services, and brand communications. Andrew also served as the VP and Head of Design for Europe at Reebok, where they focused on improving communication and collaboration within the European design and marketing team.
Before Reebok, Andrew worked in several design roles at Clarks and Dunlop Sports. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated an ability to collaborate with teams, optimize design processes, and deliver aesthetically-pleasing and trend-right merchandise. Andrew's experience spans various industries and includes expertise in product strategy, design direction, and brand management.
Andrew Gillespie attended Mid Cheshire School of Art and Design from 1985 to 1987, where they earned a BTEC degree in General Art and Design (GAD). Andrew then pursued further education at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1987 to 1990, earning a BA (Hons) degree in Industrial Design.
