Andy Richards has a history of engineering and automation roles spanning over two decades. Andy started their career as an Engineer at Matrix Technologies in 1998 and then took on the position of Project Engineer at Banziger Banks and Banks Integration Group in 1999. In 2001, they joined Tuchenhagen North America as an Automation Engineer before moving to Zajac, LLC in 2003. At Zajac, LLC, they held the role of Automation Manager for fifteen years and was recently promoted to Vice President in August 2018, where they continue to work.

From 1992 to 1996, Andy Richards attended Dartmouth College.
