Saad A. Al Sadhan has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Saad A. began their career at Ericsson as a Communication Engineer in 2004. From there, they joined Mobily in 2005 and held various roles such as Operation and Maintenance Senior Engineer, Executive Manager International Wholesale Commercial, and finally Director International Wholesale. In 2016, Saad joined Zain KSA as the Wholesale Senior Director and later became the Wholesale Executive General Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Business and Wholesale Officer at Zain KSA.

Saad A. Al Sadhan completed a Diploma in Transition to General Management Programme from INSEAD in 2019-2020. Saad A. also holds a B.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, which they obtained between 1999 and 2004. Additionally, they received a certification in Strategy in the age of Digital Disruption from INSEAD in June 2020.
