Alaa Mazn has extensive experience in maintenance and operations management within the heavy equipment sector, currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Zahid Tractor since December 2019. Responsibilities include repairing and maintaining heavy equipment, KPI reporting, writing technical instructions for Caterpillar machines, and executing scheduled preventative maintenance. Prior experience includes a role as Operations and Maintenance Manager at Aramco, focusing on fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance scheduling, and as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Mantrac Egypt, specializing in Caterpillar equipment repair and collaboration with engineering teams. Alaa holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alexandria University and a Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing Operations from The American University in Cairo.
