Mirna Koričan Lajtman, PhD, serves as an Associate Professor and Visiting Professor at the Luxembourg School of Business since September 2016, while also holding a position as a Member of the Management Board at ZŠEM - Poslovna akademija since January 2019. With foundational roles at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management since October 2003 as a Senior Lecturer and Academic Co-Director for the MBA in Human Resource Management, Mirna contributes significantly to courses on Human Resources Management and related fields. Additional experience includes visiting professorships and consulting roles at several institutions and organizations, including St. Ambrose University and Rimac Automobili d.o.o. Mirna's academic qualifications include a PhD in International Business with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of St.Gallen and a Master's degree in Psychology from Sveuèilište u Zagrebu, contributing rich insights into the intersection of management and psychology.
