Kelly Modad Jr. has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer advocacy, legal support, and safety operations. Currently serving as a Customer Advocate at ZAGG, Inc. since April 2017, Kelly previously worked as an Operations Technician at Pfizer and an Amazon Logistics Associate at Amazon, where responsibilities included conducting safety audits and providing safety briefings. Prior experience as a Paralegal/Field Investigator at Davis & Gelshenen Attorneys At Law involved client intake and legal document preparation. Kelly also served as a Training Lead at CapTel, Inc., specializing in captioning for the hearing impaired and employee training, and held a supervisory role at Marquette University focused on campus safety.
