Samridhi Bhatia is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the software testing domain. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance expert at Zafin since September 2021, Samridhi actively collaborates with development teams using DevOps methodologies and contributes to process improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Samridhi spent nearly nine years at Tata Consultancy Services as a Senior QA Manager and Scrum Master, where responsibilities included managing all phases of testing, establishing QA processes, and stakeholder communication. Earlier career experience includes roles at Accenture Technology Solutions and Satyam Computer Services, focusing on test management and software engineering. Samridhi holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, completed in 2005.
