James Hegedus, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Operations at Zachys Fine Wine, a position held since October 2020. Prior to this role, Hegedus spent over 14 years at the Strauss Paper division of Imperial Dade, culminating as Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities included driving innovation in quality management and supply chain operations. Hegedus possesses a wealth of experience in project management and IT systems, having started as a Store Manager and evolving through various technical roles, including Sr. Project Manager and IT Systems Analyst. Hegedus holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from C.U.N.Y. - Baruch College and two Associate degrees in Applied Science Networking and Telecommunications Technology from Westchester Community College.
