Chris Deas is an accomplished professional in the wine and marketing sectors, currently serving as the Director of Acquisitions and Marketing at Zachys Fine Wine since March 2014. As a Co-Founder and Advisor at Cellar Stewards since January 2009, Chris plays a vital role in the company’s strategic direction. Previous experience includes the position of Vice President at Italian Wine Merchants and IWM Cellars from February 2003 to January 2014. Earlier career milestones feature roles as Marketing Manager at DNA STUDIO, INC. and Retail Account Manager at McCANN-ERICKSON, INC., along with an Associate Media Manager position at the Newspaper Association of America. Chris holds a B.S. in Commerce and Finance, with a concentration in Marketing from Villanova University, and has pursued further education in Advertising and Design at the School of Visual Arts, as well as wine and spirits certification from the International Wine Center.
