Mark Nichols is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in information technology management and support. Currently serving as the Director of IT Support at Z-Tech Associates since January 2018, Mark previously held roles including Senior Information Technology Consultant at Experis/Manpower Group and Office 365 Concierge Ambassador. Mark's career began in 2005 at Acusphere, Inc., progressing from Information Systems Specialist to Helpdesk Supervisor, and continued with positions at AXIS Computer Networks, The Trump Network, and Ontegrity, where responsibilities included system administration, infrastructure management, and IT policy development.
