Michael Ralph has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Michael began their career as a Summer Intern at WutFun Racing before becoming a Private Equity Summer Analyst at Associés MAGNUM Capital Partners. In 2016, they worked as a Director of Athletics at JCC Camp Kingswood, and in 2017 they were an Innovation and Design Engineer Intern at Amazon. That same year, they were a Senior Project Advisor and Chief Financial Officer at Nexcon Consulting Group. In 2018, they were a Summer Associate at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and a Pecaut Fellow at LEAP | Pecaut Centre for Social Impact. In 2019, they worked as a Consultant and Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Finally, in 2022, they began working at Z League as a Marketing, Product Manager, and Business Operations & Strategy professional, with a primary focus on defining the Unit Economics strategy. During their time at Z League, they drove a triple-digit percentage point and 6-figure absolute improvement in margin.
Michael Ralph attended Royal West Academy from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained their Diploma of Secondary Studies in Science. Michael then attended Dawson College from 2013 to 2015, where they earned their Diploma of College Studies in First Choice Pure and Applied Science. Michael then attended the University of Michigan College of Engineering from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Michael also obtained a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2016 to 2019.
