Sheri McDonald holds a Master of Social Services and a Master of Law and Social Policy from Bryn Mawr College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Chestnut Hill College. Currently serving as the Vice President of Learning & Development at YWCA USA since November 2020, Sheri has also held the position of Director of Member Services within the same organization. Since October 2019, Sheri has been an Adjunct Professor at Harcum College. Previous roles include Chief Mission Impact Officer and Director of Program Development at YWCA Tri-County Area, and various positions at Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania and Resource for Human Development. Sheri began their career as a Payroll Specialist at FMC Corporation and has also worked in areas such as policy research, behavioral health, and case management.
