Vicky Lynnette Luttrell

Human Trafficking Victim Advocate at YWCA Northeast Kansas

Vicky Lynnette Luttrell is a seasoned advocate and educator with extensive experience in addressing human trafficking and violence prevention. Currently serving as a Human Trafficking Victim Advocate at YWCA Northeast Kansas since December 2020, Vicky has previously held significant roles such as Director of Community Engagement at Youth Trust Project, Inc., and Community Coordinator at YWCA Topeka, where responsibilities included organizing events and training related to various forms of violence. Notably, Vicky coordinated a Human Trafficking Task Force for the Kansas Attorney General's Office and has a strong background in education and childcare from owning and directing a licensed group day care home. Vicky holds a BA in Sociology and has completed coursework toward a Master's in Criminal Justice with a focus on Human Trafficking at Washburn University.
