Christine Jang has extensive experience in employment and community programs, currently serving as the Manager of Employment and Community Programs at YWCA Metro Vancouver since July 2019. In this role, Christine provides support and resources to assist single mothers in achieving their career and educational goals. Prior to this position, Christine held various roles at YWCA Metro Vancouver from February 2000 to May 2018, including Bursary Coordinator, Resource Advisor/Facilitator, Employment Counsellor/Support Worker, and Case Manager, where responsibilities included managing bursary applications, facilitating workshops, providing career counseling, and collaborating with community organizations to support clients. Christine holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Social Sciences with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from Trinity Western University.
