Lydazja Turner-Paine currently serves as the Marketing & Impact Senior Coordinator at YWCA El Paso del Norte Region since September 2023, following a role as the Social Equity & Empowerment Coordinator at YWCA from January 2022 to September 2023. Lydazja has experience in the media industry as a News Producer at Hearst from May 2020 to May 2021 and as an Executive Reporter at NewsWatch Ole Miss from August 2019 to May 2020. Lydazja is pursuing a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing & Communications at the University of Mississippi from August 2024 to August 2026, having previously earned a degree in Journalism with a focus on Broadcast Journalism from the same institution in 2020.
