Bart Pycke is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Managing Director at YUSO since August 2012, where efforts focus on integrating renewable production technologies in Flanders through tailored Power Purchasing Agreements. As a Partner at Pycke Solutions SA since August 2011, Bart Pycke provides innovative trading solutions for European power and gas markets. Bart holds significant influence as a Board Member of the European Federation of Energy Traders (EFET) since January 1998 and has previously been a Board Member for EFETnet from March 2005 to December 2017. Earlier roles include Managing Director at Mercuria, where Bart established a comprehensive trading desk, and Head of Trading at Electrabel. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Vlerick Business School and an engineering degree from Ghent University.
