Patrick Goetz has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Patrick began their career in 1970 as a Logistics and Engineer Officer with the United States Marine Corps and served until 1998. In 2001, they joined ARIZONA@WORK - Yuma County as an Employer Engagement Officer/Rapid Response Coordinator, eventually becoming the Operations Director in August 2020. In 2004, Patrick also worked as an Area Chair/Lead Faculty at the University of Phoenix until August 2017.

Patrick Goetz earned an ASB in Small Business Management from the Center for Degree Studies in 1990. Patrick then obtained a B.S. in Communications Management from City University of Seattle between 1990 and 1993. Lastly, they received their M.A. in Human Resource Development from Webster University between 1994 and 1997.
