Lisa Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and learning. Currently serving as Senior Director at Yum! Brands since November 2016, Lisa leads a global team focused on designing enterprise-wide development experiences for above-restaurant employees across four iconic brands in over 160 countries. Previous roles within Yum! Brands include Director and Senior Manager, where responsibilities encompassed performance management, leadership development, and engagement strategies. Lisa's foundational experience began as a Research Associate at the National Center for Families Learning, coupled with a strong educational background including a Master's Degree in Developmental Psychology from Tufts University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Kentucky Wesleyan College.
