Stephen Hancock has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Stephen is currently working at YuLife as the Head of Healthcare. Prior to this role, they served as the Key Account Director at YuLife. Before joining YuLife, Stephen worked at Unum for a majority of their career, starting as an Account Manager and eventually transitioning into roles such as Sales Team Lead and Sales Manager. Their responsibilities at Unum included leading the UK dental and optical sales team, formulating sales plans, analyzing and presenting MI to the business, and managing team budgets. Stephen also had a stint at AXA Health, where they held various positions such as Partnerships Development Manager, Field Sales Consultant, Strategic Account Manager, and Account Manager. At AXA Health, they were responsible for identifying and targeting new corporate partners, advising and selling health insurance policies, and integrating other parts of the AXA group into relationships with corporate clients. Stephen's early work experience includes serving as an Administration Manager at the National Probation Service.
Stephen Hancock completed their education at Anglia Ruskin University from 2001 to 2004, earning a BA (Hons) degree in Music. Prior to that, they attended Guthlaxton College from 1997 to 2001, where they completed their GCSEs and A Levels. Stephen also obtained additional certifications, including Leading Through Data & Analytics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2019, Implementing Winning Strategies from Columbia Business School in 2018, and Cert CII from the Chartered Insurance Institute in 2008.
