Neeraj Kumar is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in technology and analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Yugabyte, Neeraj has previously co-founded Falarica Analytics and held significant roles at TIBCO as both Principal Architect and Director of Engineering. Additional experience includes directing engineering efforts at SnappyData and contributing as a Staff Engineer at VMware. Neeraj Kumar earned a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal, graduating in 2001.
