Tigerlily Frey Lin has a diverse and extensive work experience in various creative and managerial roles. Tigerlily Frey is currently working as a UX Designer at Yubico since November 2022. Prior to Yubico, they were a Founding Partner and Chief Creative Officer at RTHMstudio, a boutique branding agency, from February 2021 onwards. In this role, they ideated brand visions and creative solutions for diverse clients.

From May 2019 to May 2020, Tigerlily worked as a Creative Strategist and Consultant at Global Coralition, a nonprofit organization dedicated to using art for marine restoration efforts. Tigerlily Frey designed brand identities, created media assets, and developed fundraising materials.

Before that, from January 2019 to January 2020, they served as a Creative Communications Manager at Iris-Kaplan Center, where they executed events and developed brand identities and assets.

In their role as a Creative Strategist and Producer at Future Colossal from August 2018 to January 2019, Tigerlily managed the creative strategy for PwC's CEO Action: Check Your Blindspots campaign and ideated digital activations to foster equity and inclusion.

Tigerlily Frey also worked as a Producer at HOO KOO E KOO from May to September 2018, a Senior Creative Producer at The Workshop Collective from August 2017 to January 2018, and a Creative Experiential Director and Producer at Gratitude Migration from January 2015 to September 2017.

Tigerlily's early experience includes working as an Experiential Producer at VICE Media from February 2016 to March 2017 and as a Producer at Gratitude*NYC from November 2013 to March 2016. In these roles, they led marketing campaigns, managed budgets, and directed event design and installations.

Tigerlily Frey Lin pursued their education at Pratt Institute from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design. In June 2020, they also acquired a certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
