Roman P. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Roman started in 2008 as a CRM IT Consultant at MTS, where they provided support for a BSS system. Roman then moved to real,- Hypermarket; METRO AG as a Sr. IT Business Process Analyst, supporting and enhancing various modules and systems. In 2013, they joined Mary Kay Global as a Business Analyst, overseeing the transition to a unified sales and marketing solution for European subsidiaries. Roman P. later joined Sovos TrustWeaver in 2014 as an Integration Manager, and eventually became the Head of Integration, leading and consulting on different stages of the SaaS customer life cycle. In 2018, they continued their career at Sovos as an Alliances Manager, Customer Engineering Manager, and finally as a Product Manager for their API. In 2020, Roman P. joined Yubico as a Solutions Engineer.

Roman P. attended the State University of Nizhni Novgorod named after N.I. Lobachevsky (UNN) from 2004 to 2009. Roman obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance during this time. In addition to their formal education, Roman also holds additional certifications. In 2012, they obtained the Security+ certification from CompTIA, and in 2013, they obtained the ITIL Foundation (Syllabus 2011) certification from EXIN.
