Lesley Bolger serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Human Resources at Thryv since July 2018, overseeing global legal issues and employee experience, with a focus on diversity, inclusion, labor relations, staffing, and vendor management, while also supporting the Board of Directors. Prior experience includes various legal roles at DexYP and Dex Media, culminating in positions such as Vice President-Corporate Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Assistant General Counsel from 2005 to 2018. Lesley Bolger holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Texas Tech University and also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the same institution.
