Angela Forsberg has extensive experience in product operations and management, currently serving as the Director of Thryv Product Operations and Head of Operations for ThryvPay at Thryv since August 2017. In this role, Angela spearheaded the launch of ThryvPay, developing marketing materials and communication strategies. Prior to Thryv, Angela held several positions at Dex One Corporation from April 1999 to August 2017, culminating in the role of Director Internet Products, where Angela established a successful team for online marketing solutions. Angela's earlier roles included managing internet products and customer service teams, earning recognition such as the YPA Gold Award for Marketing Innovation in 2007. Angela holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Western Governors University and has education from Portland State University.
