Mia Morkel has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Mia started their career in 2003 at Hirt and Carter as a Senior Account Manager before moving on to Kifus Kiosk in 2007 as a Business Development Manager. In 2009, they joined Core Computer Business as an Assistant Manager. Mia then worked at Mobilitrix from 2010 to 2013 as a Senior Account Manager. Mia then joined Yoyo in 2013 and held various positions, including Head of Hospitality, Head of Division - Retail, Managing Director - South Africa, Chief Marketing Officer, and currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer.

Mia Morkel started their education journey in 2000 at the University of Stellenbosch, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Psychology until 2002. In 2003, they attended Red & Yellow, specializing in Marketing & Advertising.
