Per Kåre Otteren is an experienced technology leader with a robust track record in various roles. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Youwell AS since August 2016, Per Kåre has previously held the position of Partner and Consultant at Sonat AS from May 2013 to December 2023, working on projects for notable clients such as Sparebanken Vest and Helse Møre og Romsdal. Per Kåre's consulting experience extends to Bouvet ASA, Delfi Data AS, and Revio AS, with a strong focus on software development in .Net and Java.
