Nga Hoang's work experience includes a role as a Mid Business Analyst at YouthDev Co,.Ltd, where they were responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders, brainstorming new feature ideas, and creating mockup designs. They also worked as a QC Engineer & Junior Business Analyst, analyzing and writing requirements, at the same company. Prior to that, Nga Hoang was a QC Engineer, responsible for meetings with stakeholders, demoing new releases, and clarifying requirements with developers. They started their career as a Junior QC Engineer, writing test cases, verifying acceptance criteria, and executing various tests. Nga Hoang also had a role as a Fresher Java Developer in E-Commerce at VTN Science and Technology Development.

From 2014 to 2019, Nga Hoang studied at Vinh University of Technology Education, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering.
