Paris Chapman is an experienced professional in career services and coaching, currently serving as an Employer Engagement Specialist at YouthCare Seattle since March 2018. In this role, Paris focuses on diversifying employment opportunities for youth and implementing equity strategies to forge partnerships with marginalized communities. As a freelance coach since April 2017, Paris supports individuals in achieving meaningful careers through personalized coaching and consulting.
