Emad Y. is a Senior Producer and Teaching Artist at Youth Beat since June 2022, where responsibilities include program coordination for the TAKALAM summer film program aimed at mentoring Arab and/or Muslim youth. Prior to this role, Emad worked as a Program Coordinator for the same TAKALAM summer film program at Oakland Unified School District from March 2022 to July 2022 and again from March 2023 to July 2023. Emad Y. graduated from Berkeley City College in 2020.
