Heather Pollack is an experienced professional who has served as Manager of Evaluation and Learning at Youth Opportunities Unlimited since October 2010. Prior to that, Heather worked as Team Lead in the Mail Processing and Scanning Depts. at Javitch, Block & Rathbone from August 2002 to December 2006. Heather holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Taxation from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, Pre - Med from Syracuse University.
