Miracle Smith is an experienced youth advocate and educator with a strong background in supporting disadvantaged young people. As a Youth Advocate at the Youth Justice Network since September 2022, Miracle develops relationships with incarcerated youth aged 16-24 to facilitate their transition back into communities and assists with applications for public assistance programs. Miracle also owns Miracle's Tutoring Services, providing affordable tutoring to families facing challenges during virtual learning. Previous roles include Foster Care Case Planner at HeartShare St. Vincent's Services, Conduct Council member at American University, and GED Tutor and Mentor at LAYC YouthBuild Public Charter School. Miracle's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from American University and ongoing master's studies in Social Work and Youth Studies.
