Shawn Brown is the Executive Director of Becoming a Man (BAM) Boston at Youth Guidance where Shawn guides young men to learn, internalize, and practice social cognitive skills. Prior to this role, Shawn held positions at companies such as Justice Resource Institute and Diamond Educators Mentoring Inc. Shawn also worked as a Senior Career Specialist at Boston Private Industry Council. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Merrimack College, a Certificate in Non-profit leadership from Boston University, and a Certificate of Achievement in Developing Major Gifts from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
