Rickey Layfield is an experienced professional in youth management and counseling, currently serving as the Regional Manager at Youth Guidance since August 2015, overseeing a team of 14 at high schools and middle schools in South Chicago. Previously, Rickey held various roles including Vice President of Programming at Urban Male Network and Youth Advisor at Gary Comer Youth Center, where responsibilities included conducting counseling sessions and life skills training.
