Lisa Hay serves as the Chief Advancement Officer at Youth Eastside Services since February 2020. Previously, Lisa held various roles at Navos, including Vice President and Director of Development & Marketing from 2012 to February 2020. Additionally, Lisa was the Director of Operations & Development at Seattle Children's Home from 2009 to 2012 and owned a business at Coldwell Banker Bain from 2005 to 2009. Lisa's extensive experience began at Nordstrom, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Strategist in Sourcing and Manufacturing to Merchandising and Buying, spanning over two decades. Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington.
