Luiza de Padua possesses a solid background in psychology with a Bachelor's degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, complemented by ongoing studies in neuroscience. Luiza currently serves as an Analista in Training and Development and HRBP at Youse Seguros since July 2022. Previous experience includes a role as an intern at Mandacaru Thinking, involving company diagnostics, climate research, performance evaluation, and training.
