Monika Pande is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, consultancy, and venture capital. Currently serving as Manager - Deal Flow at YourNest Venture Capital since February 2018, Monika previously co-founded and directed Satoree Training Private Limited from April 2006 to December 2017, specializing in customized behavioural training programs aimed at enhancing work environments and leadership capabilities across various sectors. Monika also co-founded Disha and Career Dimension, a company dedicated to career counselling and education consultancy for students in Nainital, from August 1998 to March 2003. Early career roles include Senior Account Executive at Mudra Communications and Marketing Services Manager at Lupin Agrochemicals. Monika holds an M.Sc in Dairy Microbiology from the National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, and an education from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
