Daniel Bergner serves as the Chief Product and Strategy Officer at Dispatch since February 2023, focusing on evolving the company's field service experience platform and enhancing Youreka's Salesforce-native mobile workflow platform. As a co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Youreka, which was acquired by Dispatch, Daniel aids in delivering immersive mobile experiences for field technicians and deskless workers through innovative data capture and guidance solutions. Additionally, Daniel holds roles as a Board Advisor and Chief Technology Officer at Synaptic Advisors since 2008, where strategic leadership is provided for product offerings, and previously worked as a Solution Architect at TPI Group LLC from June 2005 to July 2007, implementing technologies to improve sales and operations processes. Daniel is an alumnus of Towson University.
