Matthijs de Jonge is an experienced project engineer currently working at YourSurprise since April 2021. Matthijs has held multiple leadership roles at Boost Ontwerp since 2015, where responsibilities include directing, co-owning, and designing for a versatile engineering firm focused on product and machine innovation across various sectors. Previous experience includes a position as a technical engineer and company owner at AMELS in early 2014 and an internship at Outokumpu, where Matthijs gained exposure in design, production, and logistics. Matthijs holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering, Design & Innovation from HZ University of Applied Sciences and has completed additional coursework at Rice University, Avans University of Applied Sciences, and the University of Pennsylvania.
