Christoffer Tveten Dragøy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2020, they founded Your Headway AS, focusing on revolutionizing the recruitment industry by prioritizing company talent brand building. Christoffer Tveten specialized in helping small and medium-sized companies connect with top-notch professionals. In 2021, they founded WallyWise, where they assisted B2B companies in building and growing their sales pipeline by integrating AI and human expertise into their sales system. Prior to that, Christoffer worked as a Project Manager at CIRCOR International, Inc., where they generated a significant portion of the company's annual revenue and led a global team. Christoffer Tveten also served as a Supply Chain Manager at EP Marine & Offshore, coordinating the logistics of the supply chain for power conversion and uninterruptible power supply systems. Christoffer gained experience in military operations as a Military Logistician at The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation. Additionally, they co-founded Glimt film & foto in 2013, operating a film and photography business.
