Patrick Flood is an experienced professional with a diverse background in retail management, operations, and design in the home improvement sector. Currently serving as Store Manager and Operations Manager at Your Building Centers since March 2019, Patrick has also co-owned Flood Family Homes LLC since June 2021, focusing on investments in residential properties. Prior experience includes several roles at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from project management in kitchen and bathroom installs to driving sales metrics and employee engagement. Earlier, Patrick held a managerial position at Houtzdale Hardware, gaining knowledge in construction, and worked as a Design Drafter at Biomet, developing skills in drafting and project management. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministries from Davis College.
