Tiffany Sokol, HDFP has a diverse range of work experience. Tiffany started their career in 2009 as a Marketing Representative at Paul Davis Restoration. In 2010, they briefly worked as a Project Manager at The Media District/Plantboxx. Tiffany then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Youngstown Metro Church from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they transitioned to Valley Office Solutions, where they served as an Account Manager for a year. Since 2012, Tiffany has been with the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation, where they have held multiple roles including Office Manager, Program Coordinator, and currently, Housing Director.
Tiffany Sokol received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations from Youngstown State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Housing Development Finance Professional certification from the National Development Council in June 2015. Additionally, they received the Rental Housing Counseling certification from NeighborWorks America in November 2020 and the Homeownership Counseling certification from the same institution in April 2014.
