Luke Politsky, MBA has a varied work experience. Since 2022, they have been the Director of Development at Youngstown Business Incubator. From 2010 to 2022, they held various roles at Youngstown State University, including Instructor at the Sokolov Honors College, Housing Coordinator, Coordinator (temporary) in the Office of Career Services, Graduate Assistant Intern in the Office of Career Services, Intern in the Office of Student Activities, Graduate Assistant Intern in the Student Services Center of the Williamson College of Business Administration, Vice President for University Affairs in the Student Government Association, Phonathon Intern in the Office of University Development, and Student Assistant in the University Scholars and Honors Program. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Director of Development & Stewardship and Fund Development Specialist at the Catholic Diocese of Youngstown. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Liturgical Musician at St. Joseph the Provider School. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Management Intern at LM Engineering, Inc. and Precision Foam Fabrication, Inc.

Luke Politsky earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University in 2013. Luke then continued their education at the same university, obtaining an MBA in Management in 2015.
