Deanne Smith currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries, a position held since June 2020. Previously, Deanne held the role of Chief Marketing Officer at the same organization from June 2020 to March 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources and Career Services Assistant at Laurel Technical Institute from January 2005 to January 2013, as well as serving as a Placement Coordinator at Business Institute of Pennsylvania between January 2005 and September 2007. Deanne Smith earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Geneva College.
