Richard Finch serves as a Project Coordinator at Youngquist Brothers since June 2017, overseeing construction projects to ensure alignment with design specifications, budgets, and schedules while collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Previously, Richard fulfilled the role of Biological Research/Medical Laboratory Specialist in the US Army from 2007 to 2009, where responsibilities included laboratory work, patient interaction, and quality assurance. Richard also gained research experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at UF Health from 2003 to 2007, focusing on cancer biology and strategic planning for scientific research. Early career experience includes serving as Head Nature Counselor at Camp Laurel South in summer 2003. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Florida and an Undergraduate Certificate in Health Science Laboratory Technology from The George Washington University.
