Rosie Maffia is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture and Interim Head of HR at YoungMinds since March 2020, Rosie has also held positions such as Interim HR Business Partner at Solus Accident Repair Centres and HR Consultant in a self-employed capacity. Prior roles include Director of HR & Safeguarding and HR Manager at The Labour Party, HR Advisor at NFT Distribution Operations Ltd, and HR Assistant at Bakkavor, among others. Rosie holds a degree in International Business from the University of East London, which was completed in 2014.
