Mike Woolf is an experienced leader with a diverse background in strategy and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Services, as well as Interim Co-CEO at YoungMinds since September 2021, Mike previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at On-Off Group from February 2019 to October 2021. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Deloitte as a Senior Management Consultant, specializing in programme management and stakeholder engagement, and roles at the UK Home Office and Food Standards Agency focused on process efficiency and team engagement. Mike's academic credentials include completion of a program at Harvard Business School in 2020 and a Bachelor of Arts in French and German from the University of Nottingham.
