Filipe Cardoso is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and business partnering. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Business Partner at YoungMinds since January 2023, Filipe previously held the position of Finance Business Partner at Age UK, where responsibilities included collaborating with subsidiary CEOs and preparing monthly board packs. Other notable roles include Management Accountant at Hallett Retail, where Filipe designed the Management Accounts pack and facilitated cost savings, and Finance Analyst at AIA Worldwide, where efficiency in revenue forecasting was significantly improved.
