Ben Grimes has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ben started their career as an Electrical Engineering Co-op at Genesis Engineering in 2017, where they gained experience in product development, experimental research, programming, design changes, and project management. Ben then worked as a Bartender at The Pony OTR from 2019 to 2022. In 2021, they became a Controls Engineer at Cincinnati Test Systems, specializing in control system design. After that, they briefly worked as a Robotics Engineer at Brighton Science in early 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Application and Technical Sales at Youngblood Automation.

Ben Grimes completed their education from 2016 to 2021 at the University of Cincinnati - College of Engineering and Applied Science. Ben obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
