Dominique Nong is a dedicated leader in youth justice with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Special Project Manager for Youth Justice at Young Women's Freedom Center since March 2022, Dominique previously held key roles at Children's Defense Fund, including Director of Youth Justice Policy and Senior Policy Associate for Youth Justice in California, from 2016 to March 2022. Prior experience includes an Assistant Public Defender in the Juvenile Division at the Office of the Public Defender Maryland (2014-2016), a Clinical Fellow at Northwestern University School of Law's Bluhm Legal Clinic (2012-2014), and a Staff Attorney at the Southern Poverty Law Center (2009-2011). Dominique holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School (2006-2009) and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Harvard University (2001-2005).
