Liz Badley is currently working as an Independent Consultant - Senior Director at Beautycounter, Swim Coach at YMCA of Metropolitan Washington, and Swim/Dive Instructor at Town of Herndon. Liz is also a seasoned endurance athlete participating in various races and events since 2008. Additionally, Liz has experience as a Photographer, CSF Assistant, Blogger, Nanny, and currently serves as the Executive Director at Common Ground Child Care. Liz has also worked as a Dive Coach at Fairfax County Public Schools.
